My first homemade pizza! I followed Bobby Flay's recipe for the dough and Giada's for the topping/actual baking of the whole pizza.
Andy's favorite Pizza; Pineapple & Pancetta
Paired the pizza's with a nice herb salad with fresh tomatoes and of course nice wine from Galena Cellars in Geneva.
Pizza on the left is Turkey Sausage & Cheese, right is Pineapple & Pancetta.
